Right Now Stuff

Eating: nothin

Drinking: nothin

Wearing: a big red nightshirt with Mickey Mouse on it. o_O LOL

Thinking: I wanna play Karaoke Revolution some more...but I wanna watch Kenshin, too....Dilemma! ^^

Watching: Rurouni Kenshin

Hearing: TV

Wishing: New episodes of SOMETHING would come on...damn re-runs...lol

Wanting: More D.N.Angel and Candidate for Goddess manga!

Song of the Day: "Roses" by OutKast (Roses still smell like poo?! *dies laughing* LOL)

Quote of the Day: This isn't a quote, but it's a joke-thing I saw on Adult Swim. OK, ya know how during commercial breaks Adult Swim sometimes shows viewer mail? This is what someone sent in:(I forget the person's screen name, forgive me!^^)

"How many DragonballZ characters does it take to screw in a lightbulb? Give up? One, but it takes four episodes!" *dies laughing AGAIN* Oh, so true...^^

Ohs and Ahs! Manga galore!

Don't ask...^_^;; But I just found out that over the past 2 years I've spent approximately $570 worth of manga. O_O Oh...my...GOODNESSGRACIOUS! LOL That's alot of money that could have been well spent on...on...other anime stuff! ^^;;

Kikyo: Oh, that's a good one.

Sorry, I couldn't think of anything else I'd spend my money on. Shows you where my priorities are! ^_^;;

Integra: Trust me, by now, I think everyone knows where your priorities are...

Hey, they're in the right place! Anime, manga, and...food! Sounds good to me. ^_^ But anyways, I got alot of stuff to tell ya'll! Cuz it's been a long time for no good reason. Lol, I'm just too lazy to go to blogger.com, log in, wait for pages to load, and then type. ^_^;;

Integra: Pathetic...

OK, manga! I finally finished MARS and it was sooo good! I HIGHLY recommend it to any romance fan. It's awesome. I have to admit, now that I'm finished reading it, I think every single person in that manga is completely insane. o_O But aside from that, it's really good. ^_^

Now, new manga! Confidential Confessions. It's a big collection of individual stories by Reiko Momochi. Each story deals with the hard-hitting issues of crap teens have to put up with everyday. Now, at first glance, you may think it's some preachy "don't do drugs, don't have sex" thing, but it is sooo much more. Instead of preaching to you, it really reaches out to you and touches your soul. If you think your life sucks just because some guy/girl turned you down or whatnot, read this, and I guarantee you'll think twice. ^_^

Kikyo: I actually like this one. It's really depressing, though, sometimes...

Integra: I never read it. I don't think it's something I'll enjoy.

It's not. ^^ Some more new manga! D.N.Angel by Sugisaki Yukiru--name sound familiar?? Yeah, it's the same author of Candidate for Goddess! (which I read vol.1 of that manga, too.^^ Get there in a min...) Anyway, D.N.Angel is really cool! It's funny, romantic, fantasy-filled, and packed with cute guys! ^^ It's about a 14 year old boy named Daisuke who thinks his life sucks cuz he got turned down by his crush, Risa. (Sounds like he needs to read Confidential Confessions.^^) Well, turns out, he has a family curse that reacts to feelings of love, so whenever he thinks loving thoughts about Risa, he transforms into the phantom thief, Dark! (Dark is HOT ^_^) But there's a bit of trouble...Dark ends up falling in love with Risa's twin sister, Riku! Sounds like problems to me...wish there was a way we could just split Dark and Daisuke up into 2 different people...then they could each have one twin!

Kikyo: They're human beings, Brittany! Not Little Debbie cakes!

LOL Now moving on...The Candidate for Goddess! Finally! I've been waiting for something else that us U.S. fans can enjoy cuz let's face it, the dub just didn't cut it...>_< lol But fear not CFG fans! There is salvation! The manga is sooo much better than the dubbed anime! ^_____^ We don't have to deal with stupid dubbing and wrong pronunciations so it helps. Alot. But I still have one nit-pick. Gareas's nickname. Well, it's Garu, but in the dub, they pronounce it "Galoo". o_O So get this! In the manga, it's not Garu, it's not even Galoo; it's Gar! o_O *dies* I mean, I don't know what sounds more stupid. Everytime I see "Gar", I just wanna take a pen and put a "u" at the end. ^_^;; lol But other than that, I really can't find any faults to it except that it's a shame they didn't use the original manga covers. Those were so pretty.^^

Integra: I think CFG's okay. The anime was...average, but you say the manga's better so maybe I should read it.

Kikyo: I already did. It is better.

See, folks? Even Kikyo and Integra agree with me! So you know it must be good. And at the end of both D.N.Angel and CFG, there's little short stories. At the end of CFG, there's "H2O Planet", which is really cute and cool. And at the end of D.N.Angel, there's "'N' is for Nishiki". I like that one the best and it'd be cool if she continues it. ^_^

Kikyo: I liked "H2O Planet" the best.

Well, yeah, it was cool, too.^^ But hey, what about Eerie Queerie! That is so cool!

Kikyo: I love Eerie Queerie!

Yeah, I figured you would.^^ It's yaoi manga, but who cares! It's still good. It's really funny, actually, but serious at times, too.^^

Kikyo: Well, I like yaoi.

Yeah, I know. ^^;; Actually, it's starting to grow on me. I used to not like it, but it's growing on me. I've been hanging around you too long. Either that or it's cuz my sister. She likes yaoi, too, for some reason. o_O I still don't like yuri, though. That's just weird to me.

Integra: What's up with you people? Liking yaoi! I don't even like romance.

Brittany & Kikyo: We know.

Yeah, all you like is stupid mecha blowing stuff up.

Kikyo: And classical music.

And men in suits!

Kikyo: And vampires!

And Alucard!

Kikyo: And witches!

Integra: Whoa, back up! Did I hear the name Alucard??

*grins* No, I said Dracula. You must be dislexic and heard it backwards.

Integra: Dislexic people don't hear backwards! They read backwards!

Well, we're typing! LOL Anywho...that's enough about manga and Alucard for today...

Integra: *glare*

O.O Heheh...Well, moving right along now! Chapter 4 of my fanfic "I'd Do Anything", which is a Harry/Melfina fic, is finally posted on ff.net. I only have one more chapter to go now.^_^ Then, I'm writing a sequel to one of my previous stories--"You Don't Have to be Alone". That was a big hit cuz it was Zoids Chaotic Century and a Raven/OC. ^_^ So yes, there is going to be a sequel! Look forward to the first installment of it sometime next month. But don't tell anyone at ff.net! I want it to be a surprise!

Integra: It's not much of a surprise since you've announced it on the internet.

...

Kikyo: She's got a point.

Yeah, yeah...*starts singing* Billie Jean is not my lover, she's just a girl that thinks that I am the one, but the kid is not my son...

Integra: OK, I really want to know just who bought her Karaoke Revolution! I want to take that game and smash it with a sledge hammer.

No!!! I love this game! *hugs the game*

Integra: OK, I'll smash you along with the game.

You're so violent! And gee, Kikyo, thanks for backing me up! You're REALLY helping me out on this one!

Kikyo: Hey, I'm not getting into this.

What a great friend! I'm just surrounded by people that love me!

Integra: *whips a sledge hammer out from nowhere* No one's gonna save you now.

OK! Sheesh! But before we go, two words: Starsky&Hutch! Go see the movie if you haven't already! It's so good! Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson are great! It's sooo funny!

Integra: Alright, stop stalling!

Meep! Gotta go, bye! *runs away screaming with Integra following her and Kikyo's just lounging in the chair*

Kikyo: *makes sure no one's looking and pulls out Karaoke Revolution* Celebrate good times, come on!
