In fact, my friend Joey and I just recently started another site together this past June. It's called "No Such Thing" and it's a general anime/gaming site! We're featuring many different anime series and video games, such as DBZ, Cowboy Bebop, Hellsing, Animal Crossing, Zelda, Candidate for Goddess, and Outlaw Star!! And MORE to come!! On another note, I just recently got another issue of Shojo Beat!! OMG, it's great. Absolute Boyfriend is great...cuz it's like Chobits and DearS except the other way around! The guy is a robot now! hehe...^_^ And Nana just kicks major ass. Plain and simple. I don't know which Nana I like better...they're both great stories. And Godchild is freakin' awesome!! OMG, I can't wait til the next issue...all the stories left me hanging!! It's killing me...^^

Kikyo: Yeah, they're pretty good. I don't really like Absolue Boyfriend, but Nana is awesome.

Integra: The only story I like is Godchild.

You would. lol Anyways...I don't really have anything else to talk about...except for that I'm sooo missing Justin right now!! He went to his grandparents for the weekend to do some work so he can make some money, so I havne't seen him since Thursday!!! We usually see each other almost every day, soo...this has been really tough. lol But he's coming back today sometime soon and we're gonna get to see each other! yay!!

Ah, she'll come back. Anyways, so, ya'll, I'm so sorry I haven't updated in forever...I seriously almost abandoned my little blog!! But then I was like, how could I ever do such a thing?? Why, this blog has been with me through the thick and thin...the ups and downs...I can't just let it go! So I'm not going to. Cuz I've kinda lost interest in anime...I don't even know what's on Adult Swim or anything anymore...kinda sad...but I can't help it! I'm just too busy to keep up with times and days and shows and all that. But I haven't totally given up! No way! Cuz I still love manga!! And I've been reading alot and I'll tell all about it later! ^_~

Kikyo: Well, whatever. I still watch anime. I think Lupin the 3rd comes on at like 3 in the morning. ^_^

LOL...Well, before I go any further, let's catch up. Lots of stuff been going on!! First of all, school is out!! yay!!! Summer!! Also, I'm officially a country music fan. I know, I can't believe it either. It's probably cuz of Justin...he likes country. Yeah, ya'll remember Charles? Well, he's old news...We broke up back in February. Kinda rough...but then, Justin and I became like best friends. For real. I mean, we did everything together. lol Well, I knew he had feelings for me...and later, I did too but I didn't want to admit it. Finally, I did and I made the move! In April, we were at a Mercy Me (Christian band) concert and during a song...I kissed him! So it went from there. lol Anyways, we're dating now and it'll be 2 months Monday. But I'm really loving it. I realize now Charles was a jerk...I knew he was when we were dating but I didn't want to let him go...but Justin is so different. He treats me great. And I really do love him.....Gah, I'm so in love! lol...^_^ I thought I loved Charles, but I didn't...and it's really different this time. The feeling is different...I really believe it is love. I know no one will believe me or just think I don't know what I'm talking about, but I really do think he is the one for me. I'm serious. I know, I found the person for me in highschool?? I really think I did. I can't ever imagine loving anyone as much as I love him and I can't imagine us ever breaking up...cuz we just get along so well. We don't fight, we don't argue, and we don't hit bitches with bottles. LOL

Kikyo: OK...um...yeah, but I see what you're saying. I don't know if Justin is "the one for you"...I guess we have to wait and see. But I do know that you are right--he is so much better for you than Charles. See?? What did I tell you back in October? You should have listened to me. I'm always right. ^_^

Well, I don't know about that! lol...But today, I told him: "we are so perfect together...like peanut butter and jelly". And he goes, "ketchup and french fries". And I said, "Lilo and Stitch!" We laughed then, and then he said, "Brittany and Justin". Yeah. ^_^ OK, moving on now!! Let's talk manga. Integra, get your ass back in here!! lol...

Alright, already!! Geez...anywho...Let's see...finished Candidate for Goddess. Of course it was good. Still working on D.N.Angel and I haven't gotten anymore volumes recently...gotta get on that. And I really want to finish Ayashi no Ceres but dang it, I can't find vol. 8 anywhere!! It's getting on my nerves. I'm also really sad cuz they closed down Walden Books in my mall. That really sucks...Cuz I don't really like Books-A-Million. But whatever. Anyway, I read vol.1 of Boys Be, and...I don't have much to say about it....didn't really like it, so I don't recommend it. I don't know, it's boring to me. I guess cuz it's a bunch of different stories compiled together. Personally, I prefer one story. But that's just my opinion.

Kikyo: I thought the stories were pretty good, but I really didn't like the artwork at all. All of the women looked the same to me. I had a hard time distinguishing who was who.

Yeah, same here.

Integra: I didn't even bother to read it because I really dislike shojo manga.

We know....*rolls eyes* But that's what I like and I run this place! ^_~ lol...Anyways, I've also read the first 2 vols of DearS and wow, that is good! I know a lot of people will probably say it's pretty much another Chobits...but who cares! I love Chobits and I love this manga, too! If you're into the whole "human falls in love with robot/alien" thing....you'll love this! However, I don't know as of now if there will be a romance between ol' boy and the DearS....but it seems like there's a possibility. We'll have to keep reading and see!! ^_~

Kikyo: It really is a lot like Chobits. That could be it's only downfall, but if it doesn't bother you, then it's not. Also, the artwork is really nice. But it's not really original...just more scandaly clad robot/alien women with ginormous boobs and blue hair.

Integra: ...Did you just say "ginormous"??

HAHA! Ginormous...you sure about that, Kikyo??? LOL I think you made up a word! lol...But anyways, I also have a subscription to Shojo Beat--a new manga magazine!! And it's all shojo! yay! It's so awesome! I especially love Nana and Absolute Boyfriend--the latest from Yu Watase! (Fushigi Yuugi, Ayashi no Ceres) If there's any shojo manga fans reading this (which I hope there are lol), you should definitely think about subscribing to this magazine. It's the best. ^_^

Well...guess what?? I'm tired. It's past my bedtime. lol

OK! Your mom goes to college! LOL Anyways! Yeah, I'm still here. I've been telling myself to update this dang thing for the last 3 freakin' months and did I ever do it?? NO. lol But ya'll could've told me that. I have TONS of stuff to talk about but I really don't have time and I just don't wanna have to type it all cuz I'm damn lazy. lol First of all, our football season--same as last year. We made it to the semi-finals and lost to John Curtis. 24-21--3 freakin' points! I was in major depression but I got over it. We all did. John Curtis is moving down to 2A next year so we don't have to worry about them anymore. Our '05-'06 season is gonna such though...oh well. Maybe when I'm a senior we'll have a good team and make it to the state championship. I did go to the dome, though. It was an awesome day. Cuz Charles went too and it was the same day as our 2-month anniversary. lol Our 3-month anniversary was yesterday. ^_~

OK, also, I updated some stuff around here! About time, I know. Adding some cool pics, including AnimeFEST 2004. ^^ Also, I hope everyone had great holidays! I'm sorry I didn't update to do my holiday wishes. lol I had a great Christmas, though. Charles got me a really nice coat--Browning too! Not a big Browning jacket, but a thin, black, nice one. It buttons down the front and stuff. It's cute. ^^ And of course, I gave him a really pretty pen and ink drawing of a deer jumping over a long in a foresty scene. I had it framed and everything. He loves hunting, so...^^ He killed a deer Sunday! 3-point. ^^ He was so proud and I had to hear every single detail. lol

Integra: I'm sure that was thoroughly enjoyable.

Well, ya know, I was curious about everything. But some details were gross! lol Nah, I loved hearing about it. He's at baseball practice right now working his ass off probably. lol But enough about that! Let's talk stuff. ^^

Good call. So, lots of new anime on Adult Swim. Has Brittany been watching it like she should be? No. Why? Cuz she's retarded. lol No, seriously, I tried to watch Full Metal Alchemist and Ghost in the Shell: SAC on Saturdays, but I keep falling asleep so finally, I just gave up. Ya know Adult Swim runs episodes into the ground anyway, so I know they'll come on again. OK...Super Milk Chan. *dies*

Integra: To me, that is not even worth being called an anime. It's completely ridiculous.

Kikyo: It's so stupid. But it's one of those shows that's so stupid, you can't help but watch it.

LOL "You dumbass!" Haha...she's so cute. But seriously, almost all the episodes are exactly the same. And they have absolutely no point. At the end, they say "Well, I guess that's mission complete!" And I'm like, what did you do?! Nothing happened! LOL I think whoever made that anime was on some serious crack. The end. lol

OK, over the last 3 months that I haven't updated, I've seen some movies. ^^ Meet the Fockers was okay...not all that funny, though. It was kinda stupid. A Series of Unfortunate Events was really cool! I liked it a lot. Different, but cool. ^^ Spanglish was good, too. Charles didn't like it; he said it was a chick-flick. Well, I'm a chick so I liked it! ^^ I rented Terminal and I thought it was good too. Funny. I also watched Napoleon Dynamite! That movie...is so stupid. lol It's funny though! I love when they slam him up against the lockers and he tries to kick them. LOL He's such a retard. Now, cuz me and my friends watched it, at school all we do is use lines from that movie. Someone will say something and someone will be like, "Gah, you freakin' idiot!" LOL And Justin will come up to me and say, "What are you gonna do today, Brittany?" And I'll be like, "Whatever I feel like! Gah!" And at lunch, we're all like, "Dude, give me some of your tots!" Even though we don't even have tater tots. LOL

I think I saw some more movies but I can't remember. lol Last Friday Charles and I went to the movies and didn't even see a movie! LOL I swear. We just got tickets to Meet the Fockers even though we had already seen that, and we just went from movie to movie for like 2 hours. lol We saw parts of The Life Aquatic, which I liked and wanted to finish watching cuz it was funny, but he didn't like it. So we also saw some of Closer and Flight of the Phoenix and A Series of Unfortunate Events again. lol

OK, I'm tired and I've got homework to do. lol I'll have to talk some more later!

Yep, that's right. DISTRICT CHAMPS!! Wanna know why? CUZ WE BEAT THE HELL OUT OF BASTROP! We shut 'em down and sent 'em on home! ^_^

Man, Minden's sorry. We got 'em. Dude, the game Friday was the BEST football game I have ever seen in my life. Probably even better than LSU winning national championship only cuz I actually saw our game in real life and not on TV. I was freaking out Friday! A bunch of people didn't expect us to win. Everyone thought Bastop had a really good team this year and some even went as far as to say that Bastrop had "heart" and that's why the would win. Well, obviously, it didn't do much for 'em! Lemme tell you something, Neville has heart. Forget Bastrop, we have heart and tiger pride forever. And that's why we're district champs and Bastrop ain't! ^^ I still can't get over it... After all that trash talk from Bastop--they were saying "Neville gets everyone pumped up into thinking that they're gonna win, but we always take 'em down"--well did ya take us down this time?? Don't think so! There was probably several thousand people at the game Friday. More than half of which was Bastop fans who all got to see their precious team get smoked. ^_~

Kikyo: Yeah, even I went to this game. I knew it would get ugly, and it did.

Integra: Am I missing something?? How in the world can you get into football?? Such an American sport...

LOL Nah, it's pretty cool. ^^ And yeah, it did get ugly. It kinda started off bad cuz Bastrop scored 3 points within the first 3 minutes of the game. lol We we're getting scared, but then we scored a touchdown and got the field goal point. But then Bastop came back with another touchdown and at half-time, we were tied 10 to 10. We held 'em for a while, had a bunch of close calls, but in the last couple minutes of the third quarter, I promise you God came down and scored us a touchdown. At least, it seemed like that. lol We were lined up on about the 10 yard line--pretty far from the goal line--quarterback got the ball, passed it to Pootie(his real name's Reginald lol), Pootie almost dropped it!, but he caught it and took off running. No one could catch him. It was so intense; everyone was on their feet and just screaming. So the final score ended up being 17-10; at the end of the game, all Neville fans just rushed the field. Everyone was freaking out and going crazy. I know I was. lol Charles ran up to me and just grabbed me up in the air. He was like, "I probably stink!" cuz you know he plays football. But I just said, "Who cares!" LOL And then Zack came up and grabbed me too. lol We all gathered at the field goal post and sang the Alma Mater. It was one of those movie moments, ya know. lol It was awesome.

Kikyo: And again, don't get too cocky cuz ya still got Minden.

Minden ain't nothin. But I do think coach needs to use this time before the play-offs to discipline Cooper, one of our "star" players. He had 4 personal fouls on him Friday. That's ridiculous! It's mostly cuz his big mouth; he cussed out a referee. lol But still, it cost us I-don't-know-how-many yards. And when it comes to the play-offs, little stuff like that is libel to cost us a game. And the play-offs are gonna be pretty tough cuz we'll still have to face John Curtis. But I think if we play like we did Friday, we got 'em. I mean, we played head-to-head and had a 300-something-pound offensive line, and no one could break through. If we play like that, we can beat John Curtis. I'm gonna be going to every single game from here on out for the rest of the season cuz Charles says I'm a good luck charm. ^_^

Kikyo: Good luck charm, my ass...

LOL But anyway...I had fun last night, too. Where I live, they designated last night as the night to celebrate Halloween.

Kikyo: Yeah, guess who I dress up as! Kikyo from Inu Yasha.

Really??? Never would have guessed.

Integra: Who needs Halloween? Where I'm from, everyday is Halloween except that everything's real and not a bunch of plastic stuff from the Dollar Store.

LOL Yeah, that's for real. But I didn't dress up. I went over to Charles's house at like 6:30pm. We took his little brother and his friends trick-or-treating around the neighborhood for a while. It was pretty fun, being out at night with Charles that is. Except there was the occasional annoying remark from one of the kids: "ooh, ya'll are holding hands!" LOL Go figure. After that, we came back and just hung out at his house. We played hide-and-go-seek with the little kids outside, too. That was pretty fun, too. Charles and I kinda cheated and hid in places where there was no way the little kids would ever find us. lol But we eventually came out. ^^

Kikyo: ....*ahem* No comment.

I know that didn't sound right, but really, it wasn't like that! LOL At about 10pm, we decided to go see "Friday Night Lights". It was pretty good, except for that Marshall actually did beat Odessa Permian in that first game. Charles didn't believe me, but it's true! But there were some points where we weren't really paying that much attention to the movie...

Kikyo: Again?? Dang.

LOL But no, again, not like that! Well...actually, it kinda was like that. ^_^;; Ya'll, I have to say this: Kissing is so much fun. I don't know why I waited so long to do it. LOL

Well, it has been a while since I last posted and let me just tell you--a bunch of cool stuff has happenend to me. ^^ Well, homecoming was last weekend and it was awesome!! We had so much fun! We rode with our friends, Zack and Hayley, and we went out to eat and then went to the dance. It wasn't over until 11pm, but I didn't have to be back til 12. Got back at 11:45 lol It was so much fun, though. At first I didn't really want to dance cuz I was kinda shy. lol But they played Freek-A-Leek. And I didn't stop dancing after that. LOL Charles and I slow-danced to "Broken" by Seether and Amy Lee. lol I had to tell my dad that cuz it's like his fav song. ^^

Kikyo: And you have to tell about what happened at the end of the night!

Lol...I guess so...*is blushing* Charles kissed me. LOL At the door too, just like on TV shows. lol

Kikyo: Yeah, yeah...

Charles came over Friday after school cuz we got out half-day. We had fun, but he had to go back up to the school at like 5 so he could get ready for the game. We won, btw.^^ It was only Fairpark, though. They're kinda sorry. Their band beat ours though! It was awesome. ^^ I really hope we win the game this Friday cuz this game decides what bracket we get in in the play-offs. If we lose, we'll get in the bad bracket against John Curtis and there ain't no way we'll win against them. But if we win the game this Friday, we have a better chance of winning state championship. I really want us to win this year cuz if we don't, it'll be a while before we get another chance. We're gonna lose alot of valuable players this year and our JV team just isn't up to par.

Kikyo: Listen to you, acting like you know what you're talking about.

Last night, Charles and I went to this scream park thing called the Edge of Madness. It was pretty scary! It was so much fun, though. There's 3 haunted houses that you can go in--we only went in 2 though cuz the lines were so long. We went in one called the Castle and the other one was called the Barrone, whatever that means. The third house was an insane asylum--after seeing Halloween: Resurrection, I was way too scared to go in there. lol The Barrone was scarier than the Castle cuz it like played with your mind kinda. Cuz you'd walk in a room and there'd be a table and all these people standing around it and you don't know if they're real or not cuz they're not moving. But as soon as you got to the other side of the room, they'd all of a sudden start walking toward you and I'm sitting here pushing Charles yelling, "Go, dammit! Open the damn door!!" LOL Yeah, needless to say though, I never let go of him the entire time. I was clutching his shirt, squeezing his hands, and at one point, I just latched onto him around his waist. He said I was squeezing so tight he could hardly breathe. lol Well, I was scared!! We had fun, though.

Kikyo: I wish I had gone; I like scary stuff like that.

Integra: After everything that I've seen that's been real, none of that fake stuff would have scared me.

That's true. It was more fun than scary. In the castle, this guy jumped out and grabbed me. He started putting his hands in my hair and like rubbing my arms and I'm trying to get away from him, and Charles is like, "Hey, that's my girlfriend; don't touch her." lol And the guy goes, "She's mine now!" LOL And Charles stands there and he's like, "You wanna fight? We can take this outside." LOL I was cracking up laughing. lol

OK, well, I gotta go cuz I wanna watch the movie "Rudy" on ESPN Classic. ^_^ Bye-bye!

I know. lol But actually though, there has been so many bad omens today. If we end up losing the game, I won't be surprised. lol First, it's raining today. Then the speaker system didn't work at the pep rally! OK, the Bengal Belles (the dancers) and the flag corp had no music! LOL Then, the freshman won the spirit stick! (Which already sucked cuz everyone knew the sophomores were the loudest! ^^) But then, when some freshman ran up to the stage to get the big ol' spirit stick, they freakin' dropped it! What's worse--it broke!! BROKE! I mean, you don't break--or even drop--the spirit stick! Us upperclassmen were so pissed. Like, so many freshman got trashed today, I swear. lol

Kikyo: Hey, you were a freshman last year.

Yeah, but we were actually cool freshman. OK, we were always the loudest at the pep rallies and we never did something stupid like that. We won tons of the games and stuff...we were cool freshman. Not many of us got trashed last year cuz basically everyone was cool with us. Not these freshman! They ruin everything! LOL

But anyways...oh yeah, I got elected Vice President of the sophomore class! The students voted on that, so apparently, I'm popular. Huh... Never saw that one, but okay, sounds like fun! ^_~

Shush up. =P Oh...my...God... I actually have a date to the homecoming dance. ^_^ Yeah, Charles asked me to homecoming. I'm so excited! I just got back from buying a dress today. It's so pretty... *_* Our dance isn't til Oct. 16th though. And that's good for Justin cuz he still needs a date! LOL Well, actually, I keep telling him that he can just go and probably hook up with someone there. I mean, that's what I was going to do before Charles asked me. See, Justin is Charles's friend, but for real though, Justin's getting really pissed off at him. But I don't blame him; Charles is being jackass. Not to me, just to Justin. I don't really know why, though. Like, I swear, I thought they were really about to get in a fight Friday at the pep rally. Cuz at the end, Justin was standing by me, Charles was in front, and Justin was just talking to me and stuff, but he was about to offer me his bandana thing he got. (they're football players, and Friday was camo day, so the cheerleaders made all the football players camo bandanas with their last name and number on em) Well, all of a sudden, Charles just came over and shoved him out of the way and gave me his bandana. He was laughing, too, but Justin wasn't. I know Charles didn't mean for it to be like that, he was just joking around, but he went a little overboard.

Kikyo: Ha, they're fighting over you...

But I don't want them to fight over me!

Kikyo: Oh, whatever.

I don't! But don't worry, Charles got what he deserved at the football game Friday night. See, he's a center offensive lineman, so he hikes the ball. (See? I know something about football. XD) But man, he hiked that ball, and then a guy on the other team came at him and I mean knocked him out. LOL Dude, he sent him back like ten feet, I swear to God! LOL But we ended up winning the game--35 to 12! We actually shouldn't even of let them score, but we kinda slipped up near the end of the game. Oh well, we still won. ^^

Integra: This is very strange for you. You're never into all of this school stuff.

I know! But who ever knew that school stuff could be fun?? I'm having a great time every day. ^_^

Integra: You're so happy it's making me sick.

LOL I can't help it. But yeah, I have to call Charles if he doesn't call me and tell him about my dress. Cuz we have to match. lol He has to buy me a corsage! ^^ But ya'll don't worry, I will post a pic of us all dressed up and stuff. I have to! It's so funny! See, Charles is in Civics with me and my teacher, Mrs. Hunter, is so crazy. She's really funny and she'll mess with you all day every day for absolutely no reason. lol Well, she always messes with Charles. For some odd reason, she calls him "President Bush". o_O;; Don't ask... But she really likes me cuz I'm quiet and make good grades. (even though Charles has a 93 in that class and I have a 81...don't quite see how that one works out lol) But she found out about me and him. And she will never let it go now. She teases us every single day! And while she's lecturing, she'll look at me and look back at him and start smiling. LOL It's so funny, though. Cuz she'll say all this stuff and I mean, everyone will laugh including me and Charles. He starts blushing, though, but I think I do too. lol But after class the other day, she told us something that I thought was really nice. Well, actually she just told him, but I was there. She said, and I quote: "You've hit the jackpot on this one. Brittany is the epitome of a perfect young lady." ^_^ I thought that was so sweet of her to say that about me. That really made me happy.

Kikyo: Well, I'm sure it made you happy, but I hate to say it, she's a little off on that assumption about you.

Ya'll, I have been in such a good mood for the past two weeks that I just completely forgot to post about my birthday and AnimeFEST. ^_^

Kikyo: And you're only in a good mood because of Charles.

Ryan? Eh, it ain't there for me.

Kikyo: *scoffs* And Charles is? Puh-leeze.

Stop hating on him! Just because you don't like him, doesn't mean I can't like him either! Charles is really nice and a great friend of mine. ("Great" being the keyword there.^^)

You are so shallow!! Are looks really that important?? NO! What's on the inside is what counts. Sure, you're right, Charles doesn't have the BEST looks, but that doesn't bother me one bit!

XD lol OK, I've known Charles (he really goes by Thomas, Charles is his middle name but I think it suits him better lol) since last year cuz we were in Spanish together. Near the end of school and for a while during summer, we had the same job. Well, sort of. I kept score for girls 8 and under softball and he was the umpire. So of course, we got to hang out a lot. It was so much fun and we became really good friends. Well, I kinda knew that he sort of liked me back then just cuz of how he acted. Like, he was always messing with me--putting ice down my shirt, sneaking up behind me and poking me in my sides (LOL I freak out whenever people do that. I'm really ticklish. lol) and ya know, stuff like that. Plus, he told my friend Tiffany that he thought I was hot. lol

So anyway, I didn't really like him like that though. Everyone thought I did, though, cuz I was flirting with him the whole time too. I didn't think I did that cuz I liked him, though. I just thought I did that cuz, I dunno, I like to flirt with guys, but especially Charles. ^^ Well, this school year, we have two classes together and the same lunch shift so I'm seeing alot of him once again. (See, Ryan and I have no classes together, just same lunch shift.) Well, I realized that I started looking forward to the classes I had with him more than spending lunch with Ryan. So I asked myself, who would I rather hang out with--Charles or Ryan? When it came down to it, it had to be Charles. I LOVE hanging out with him; he's so much fun. Plus, I'm really comfortable around him. Even though I like him now, I still don't feel any pressure to be a certain way around him cuz trust me, at the ballfield over the summer, he's seen me at my worst. lol So yeah, that's who he is and that's why I like him. Sure, he's not that great looking, but he's really nice, a good friend, and really funny. That's more important than looks anyway. ^^

Integra: Alright, well,...you thoroughly filled me in there.

^_^ Got alot to say. lol Friday was the BEST day for me--Charles bought me a little spirit ribbon. LOL Ya know, spirit ribbons? The little ribbons they sell on game days at highschools? They say stuff like, "Tigers beat the bearcats!" Or whatever, and you stick 'em on your shirt or something. lol Yeah, he bought me one. I didn't even ask for it either! That was so nice. ^^ I went to the game Friday, too. Woo-hoo! We won!! See, he plays football--offensive linemen--so that's the main reason I went anyway. ^_^

Kikyo: OK, so let me get this straight, this is the whole reason you keep wanting to go back to school everyday, right?

That's right. LOL To socialize. ^^ But anyways...let me tell about AnimeFEST!! It was soo much fun! MAX is an awesome group--couldn't understand their songs cuz they were in Japanese, but who cares, they were cool. ^^ OMG, cosplayers gallore! I wish I had cosplayed...cuz there was no one dressed as Kikyo! But Integra...I saw like 3!

Integra: And all three of them were way off, just as I had expected.

So! They were nice; I talked to all of 'em. I also talked to a Kizna! That was so cool. She was like, "Yay! I'm not the only person who watches this show!" ^_^ I also met tons of voice actors, got pictures with 'em, and got their autographs! Let's see, I met Sean Micheal Teague (voice of Koenma from Yu Yu Hakusho), Johnny Young Bosch (voice of Vash!! ^^), Stephanie Nadonly (voice of Kid Goku), Kyle Herbert (voice of teen Gohan), Chris Patton (never seen any of his anime), Vic Mignogna (never seen any of his anime either, but he said he's working on the voice of Dark from D.N.Angel! ^^), and last but not least, ... Steve Blum! (aka David Lucas, voice of Spike from Cowboy Bebop and MANY more! ^______________^) He was soo nice; in fact, all of 'em were nice. Except Chris Patton. LOL Well, he was nice, just quiet. And here's what he signed for my sister: "Um... stay in school and stuff. Chris Patton" o_O;; LOL Katie got all the cool signatures, like Johnny Bosch signed: "Love and Peace! Johnny Young Bosch 'Vash'" and Steve signed "Thanks for joining me on the Bebop!" ^_^ But for me, Stephanie Nadonly signed: "Kamehameha!!" LOL I'm gonna post the pics up here as soon as I get my scanner back up and running. Finally got a new PC--it's awesome!--so I need to hook everything back up.

Um...yeah. LOL Well, I got through one week of school so far. Guess that's a good sign. ^^ I had to work all week, though, cuz I had to get my schedule changed. But now, it's finally how I want it so I'm happy. Actually, I'm really happy. If I didn't have to wake up at an UNGODLY hour(6:30am)...school wouldn't be a problem. OK, here's my schedule: 1st period--Talented Art, 2nd--Algebra II, 3rd--Honors English II, 4th--Spanish II, 5th--Honors Physical Science, then I have lunch, then 6th--Yearbook Staff, 7th--Honors Civics. Civics is only a one semester course, though; after that, I'll take Free Enterprise. And Physical Science is basically a freshman course, but since I didn't take it last year, I gotta take it this year. It's gonna be easy, though. But yeah, I like my schedule. I like all my teachers, too, that's what's weird. Lol, usually, there's at least one teacher I hate. But I like 'em all! Hopefully, that won't change.^^

Kikyo: Knowing you, it probably will.

Integra: Yes, you always seem to find some reason to hate someone.

But yes, what Kikyo said is true--I will not be cosplaying Kikyo at AnimeFEST in Dallas, TX. I'm still going, though! But I will be dressed as a normal person. lol Let's see...my first day there will be Saturday, September 4th. And I'll be there Sunday, too--I'm staying at the hotel that the convention's at so I get to go all over the place whenever! ^^ It's gonna be so much fun. I can't wait. I'm gonna have my eye out for anyone cosplaying Kikyo, though, and I will address them and tell them how much I appreciate them for showing support for our good friend Kikyo. I might even take a picture of them if they'll let me. ^_~

It's another Ryan who I really like and he's--quote--"thinking" about asking me out but hasn't decided yet. *ahem* Whatever! He's just stalling cuz he wants me to suffer and he thinks it's funny! Well, it's not! LOL It all started last year when his little brother started liking my little sister...So he kept talking to me about it, like I even cared, but that's when I figured it out: he was using that as an excuse to talk to me. How lame...but cute! So now, I'm like, sure, why not? But of course, now that I finally want to go out with him, he's gonna sit there and say he's gotta think about it. Go figure. But I really do want to go out with him now. I mean, I'm not like just saying that. lol He's so nice! And friendly! And I usually NEVER go for guys like that, but I've finally figured out that that's the type of people you're supposed to be with. Not the people who are rude and don't say anything. XD But yes, sadly, school is nearing for me. My first day is next Monday. I had to go today to get my schedule and my ID picture taken. My schedule was okay, but I did request a few changes. ^_^ And I think my picture will turn out good; I didn't blink or anything. lol Plus, I got my braces off! (FINALLY! Thank the good lord Jesus! ^^)

Ya'll are so mean! Well, this summer was a good summer, that's for sure. I had my first job, drove a boat (lol), went to Florida, hugged the mayor of my city (LOL don't ask), watched cool anime...good times. I'll always remember them... *_* OK, enough sentimental crap! Let's talk business. First of all, my birthday's coming up--August 22--and I expect birthday presents from everyone.

Kikyo: Who cares! I'm not going to get you anything, anyway.

You better. ^^ Lol, but no, I'm just kidding about everyone else. I mean, you know, if you want to...I'm not gonna stop ya, but it's not required. LOL Moving on...I saw The Village last weekend. It's really good! Confusing, though, and not as scary as the previews made it seem. I mean, they only showed the monster like 3 times! And one time it wasn't even a monster, it was that crazy dude! Lol, but I did like how it was horror mixed with drama. That was cool.

Integra: I really liked that movie. I've always like horror movies, but nowadays, they're all so cheesy. The Village, however, was very different from all the other horror movies.

Kikyo: Yeah, it was okay. Not scary enough.

Well, I didn't mind that! 'Cause I get scared really easily. lol But I also watched Cabin Fever with my friend and I LOVED it! That's like one of my favorite movies now. Rider Strong is in it! It's weird hearing him curse because on Boy Meets World, of course, he never curses. But he did in this movie! And he did alot of other stuff too...let's not go there. lol But it wasn't scary to me; just kinda gross sometimes. Blood and guts and skin....EWWW! LOL But still good movie.

Kikyo: I liked it, too!

Integra: Well, I didn't care for it too much. I thought it was kind of stupid and pointless.

You would. ^^ Oh yeah, my PC crashed. It went bye-bye... It's lost it and it can't be found. But it was really old anyway. REALLY OLD Dell model. So we're about to get a new one. We're looking at Gateway or Compaq Presario. I dunno; if any of ya'll have some cool and cheap (not over $600) PCs in mind, tell me about 'em please! ^^ Cuz we really can't decide.

Kikyo: Dude, you're not getting a Dell.

I know. LOL Hey, that guy got arrested like a year or two ago. He was arrested cuz, I dunno, I think he was caught with weed or something. But come on, didn't he just look like a pothead?? For real. lol

I LOVE THE 90S!

I have been watching that show on VH1 all weekend! XD ^^ It brings back some great memories of the good old days... Like OJ Simpson, Bob Dole, when Pee Wee Herman was caught masturbating in a movie theater, and finally, when Mike Tyson bit off Evander Holyfield's ear. Yeah...those were some good years...But the truth is, I don't even really like the 90s. I like the 80s! Too bad I wasn't alive during most of those years...would've been fun.

Kikyo: That show got really annoying...who cares about the 90s?? Besides, it was like 4 years ago anyway.

Integra: And everything they talked about was...disgusting. In the movie Braveheart, the British were NOT doing anything to Mel's balls! That's not what made him yell!

LOL ...That was funny. I had the craziest dream about you, Integra! And guess what! It came from watching TOO much of I Love the 90s! Ha, imagine that...

Probably not, but who cares? I had a dream that YOU were Fiona Apple. o_O;; Seriously, I was watching her music video and all of a sudden, I was like, "Oh my God...that's Integra!!" You looked really cool actually. ^^ But it was weird.

Kikyo: True, that is a nice song, but I don't think it has anything to do with me.

Kikyo: I don't have problems with myself! Although, I will admit that I am quite beautiful...*smiles*

Oh, hush up! You know you're crazy. lol But then it also says, "Look for the girl with the broken smile" That part really reminds me of you cause on the show, you sometimes smile but it looks real sad anyway. *starts crying and hugs Kikyo* I know you're in pain!!

Kikyo: Yes, I am. And it's all because of you. *mutters* And those bastards Inu Yasha and Naraku...

Integra: I think that song does fit, but it fits the Kikyo from the show.

Yeah, same here. I think it would really fit Kikyo and Inu Yasha's relationship back in the old days, ya know? I mean, Inu Yasha fell hard for her whether he's gonna admit it or not. And she was always sad... But Inu Yasha knew that he made her feel good. He knew that he made her feel special, and like the song says: "Tap on my window, knock on my door/I want to make you feel beautiful" But I think it also kinda goes with Inu Yasha too. "I know I tend to get so insecure/It doesn't matter anymore" He was always insecure about himself because he was a half-demon. He was never accepted by anyone--demons or humans. But then there was Kikyo. She was the only one who ever really accepted him and cared about him then. And for that, he decided he'd do anything for her. He'd make any sacrifices if he had to, including becoming a human instead of a demon only because she'd be happy and he'd get to stay with her. "I don't mind spending everyday/Out on your corner in the pouring rain". See? It fits.

Integra: Wow, this is getting pretty deep. I'm impressed.

Kikyo: The scary part is, we're talking about me here!

Wait, don't stop me now! I feel a revelation coming on! This song could also be talking about Onigumo's feelings for Kikyo in the beginning. Think about it, she took care of him and he took a strange liking to her. Kind of like the liking Hannibal Lector took to Claureese (sp?).  In a strange-twisted way, he wanted Kikyo to be his and only his. So naturally, he was extremely jealous of Inu Yasha and Kikyo's relationship with Inu Yasha. "He was always there to help her/She always belonged to someone else". If from Onigumo's point of view, he knew Inu Yasha helped her and was there for her and he hated that. That's exactly why he sold his soul to the demons. First of all, he was sick and twisted anyway, but when he became insanely jealous, it made everything worse. So he plotted to become a demon and break up Kikyo and Inu Yasha...permanently. Now, if it was me, I'd just kill Inu Yasha and then have Kikyo to myself, but he didn't do that. He killed her too. Why? Because the fact that she loved Inu Yasha made him despise her so much that he wanted to kill her, even though he loved her. It was a love-hate relationship...though, slightly one-sided... Kikyo never loved Onigumo; she never even thought of him as a potential lover. She just had a kind heart and had sympathy for him because of his bad condition. She knew he would never fully heal and she knew he was mentally unstable, but she still felt sorry for him. She probably even knew he was evil and that he had taken a liking to her, but she didn't do anything about it because she was busy with Inu Yasha. The only thing is I seriously doubt Onigumo would even think of some of the things in this song. It just doesn't sound like something he'd say or think. It should be "She Will Be Loved and She Will Be Hated". Then, it would work.

This song is just too...nice to ever come out of Onigumo's mouth or to even enter his brain. Though, some lines just do really fit. "Know all the things that make you who you are" and "I've had you so many times but somehow I want more". These lines, I think, are saying that he does know alot about her. She spent alot of time with him just talking to him, telling him things. I'm sure she talked about how she felt sometimes and what she thought about things. He knew her; he knew her very well. And he spent time with her almost everyday, but of course, they really had no physical interaction. I'm sure he would have loved to have a chance with her, but you know, he killed her before that could ever happen. Doubt it would ever happen anyway. The only thing is...even though, yes, he shouldn't mind spending everyday out on her corner in the pouring rain, he probably would mind. He probably wouldn't even do it, which is a real shame because he owes her. She gave up her time to help him and spend time with him, and what does he do? He goes and kills her.

Too bad she comes back and guess what? She ain't a nice girl no mo'. No mo'. lol This is what gets me: Even when he knows that she knows that he killed her and Inu Yasha 50 years ago, he still has the gall to ask her to join him and help him find the jewel shards. I was even more freaked out when she accepted his offer. But then, I sighed a sigh of relief once she revealed her true plan. She was going to screw him over. Big time. And that right there, my friends, is exactly what made me love Kikyo in the first place. Thus ends my examination and conclusion of the famous love triangle between Kikyo, Inu Yasha, and Onigumo.

Kikyo: *is asleep*

Integra: I must say, that was a nice piece of work. It really made alot of sense and you pulled it together nicely with lines from the song. I'm very impressed. You really racked your brain on this one.

Oh yeah...I feel smart.^^

Kikyo: *suddenly wakes up* You done with that thing about me yet?

Yeah, you missed it. Integra said it was great! ^^

Kikyo: Oh yeah? Well, I thought it was boring.

Hello all! How have ya'll been doin'? I'm doin' good. ^_^ LOL OK, I have nothing to talk about. I don't even know why I'm posting. ^_^;;

Kikyo: Ok, then, let's just say good-bye right here and be done with it.

Of course not! I'll find something to talk about. Hmm...let's see...Oh, Rave Master! See, I found something!

Kikyo: Great...

^_^ But yeah, I like it! It's pretty cool. I think the animation is really nice. Looks good. The characters are cool, too. I don't remember anyone's name, though. ^^;; I will eventually! lol... But as for the story...I dunno. It seems a little cheesy at times to me.

Kikyo: A little?! Are you crazy? I almost died watching that show...

Integra: Yes, I can't stand it either.

Aw, come on! It's not that bad! I mean, well, yes, it is pretty stupid at times...and cheesy...and overused...ok, it is kinda bad! But it's still cute. ^^ I can see why it's on Toonami, though; the little ones will eat this up. ^^;;

Kikyo: That's for sure.

Yep. ^^ On another note, I've been having fun watching other shows that aren't anime! Boy Meets World moved to ABC Family and it now comes on twice in the afternoon! A full hour of BMW from 4pm to 5, central time of course. So I'm loving that.^^

Integra: You would.

^^ And omg, Bug Juice is back!! Lol, ya know, Bug Juice on Disney Channel. Anyone who's ever watched Disney Channel has to remember that show. It's from a few years ago; I remember first watching it when I was like in 4th grade. But I used to love it! I watched it all the time. It came on every summer after that, but a couple years ago, they took it off. But it's back now! It's the old eps though. But ya know, it's like a reality show, but it's about all these teenagers and their summer at camp. Sounds stupid, but it's really cool! Cuz it's teenagers so of course, there's drama and all that good stuff. ^^

Integra: I can't stand that show... Who wants to watch a bunch of adolescent teenagers whine about their problems?

Kikyo: For real.

They're not always talking about problems! I mean, sure, they do talk about who they like and whether or not that person likes them, and their problems with other campers, but they have fun too!

Kikyo: ...And??

Gah, forget ya'll. Bug Juice is awesome and I'm gonna watch it everyday, so there! *blows raspberry* For all of you reading this who want to check it out, watch Disney Channel every night at 11pm, 10pm central.

Hush up! Yes, they do. ^^ Anyway, moving on...I got the coolest game for Gamecube! Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life! It's so much fun; you're a farmer! LOL But it's funner than it sounds. ^^

Kikyo: Really? Cuz being a farmer sounds really boring.

I do NOT need your input, thank you! ^^ Now, as I was saying, you're a farmer so you have to do all the stuff farmers do. That means take care of animals, plant crops, things like that. Right now, I'm growing tomatoes and watermelons. I have animals too! I have 2 cows: Old Betsy and Missie. (LOL! Old Betsy...she's pregnant, btw^^) A horse named Bonita. 3 hens: Goldie, Sunny, and Tweetie. A rooster named Rocky and a bull named Carlos. (Get it? Rocky and Carlos! The mafia! LOL) You make money by selling crops, but mostly by selling dairy products like eggs and milk. My problem is I ain't making no money cuz none of my cows are giving milk right now! Old Betsy dried up a little while ago, but she's pregnant now, so I just have to wait til she has the baby then she'll start giving milk again. Missie just needs to be pregnant too. The only money that's coming in is from the eggs, and trust me, that ain't much. ^^;;

But you don't just farm! You have to have a social life too. When you start out, there's 3 possible girls you get to choose from to marry. (You HAVE to get married) I chose a girl named Nami cuz she's smart and cool. But yeah, we got married and I have a kid! His name is Jimmy. (My name is Jamie, btw) But yeah, it's a really fun game. It's addictive; I missed a ton of new episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh this past week cuz I was playing this game. ^_^;; Anywho, cool game; pick it up if ya got the cash and the Gamecube.^^

Kikyo: I still can't believe you bought another game. You still have a ton of games to beat!

Lol...true. There's Super Mario: Sunshine, Zelda: Wind Waker, Kya: Dark Lineage, Final Fantasy X-2...the list goes on! ^^;;

Anyways...I NEED to get working on my Kikyo costume for AnimeFEST in September. I'm not making it myself, though. Can't sew to save my life. ^^ Someone's helping me; she's really good at sewing and making clothes. ^_^ But I need to go talk to her sometime soon! I keep forgetting...and I need to go to Eckerds. lol But it's raining! Thunder!! lol That's cool, though. OMG, "Breaking the Habit" vid is on!! Love this vid. *races to the TV to watch*

Yes, that's right and here at Hardly Angels, we have alot of anime news. First of all, an all new anime premiered on Adult Swim last week. It goes by the name "Case Closed" (aka Detective Conan). It airs at 12:30, 11:30pm central. Brittany says that it is a great anime--a "classic". It follows Conan Edogawa (who was first Jimmy Kudo, a famous young detective, but got turned into a kid) tackling mysteries and solving crimes all the while searching for the guys that shrunk him.

Kikyo: That's great, but why are you talking like a news broadcaster??

Oh, hush up! Back to the anime talk...a new show now airs on Toonami called "Rave Master". The first episode aired last Saturday, and because I was in the shower, I missed most of it. ^^;;

Kikyo: I saw it. It was pretty good.

Yeah, yeah...I'll watch it this Saturday. Let's see, what else...new episodes of Yu Yu Hakusho! (FINALLY!! God, I've been waiting for like a year!) They're pretty good so far.

Kikyo: Not to me. I hate Yu Yu Hakusho.

Why?! Oh, come on, you know you loved the eps when Kurama turned in to Yoko Kurama!

Kikyo: We've already talked about this before. I like Yoko Kurama, but not Kurama or anything else Yu Yu Hakusho.

Integra: Personally, I think Yu Yu Hakusho is alright. Average. Nothing to get excited about.

LOL Anywho...new manga! Yeah, I've been reading some new manga lately. Of course, I picked up D.N.Angel and Candidate for Goddess, but I just started reading Ceres: Celestial Legend! (aka: Ayashi no Ceres) It's really cool! I love it!

Kikyo: This is actually a manga that I like. Hm, imagine that.

Integra: I think it's okay. Not really my thing.

Yeah, I figured that. ^^ But yeah, it's really cool! I just wanna see who Aya ends up with! I hope it's Toya! He's hot. I mean, Yuhi is cool too, but I mean...come on! It's Toya! He's hot! He's tough! He's mysterious! What more do ya want?! LOL I just bought volumes 4-6 today. I gotta read em! I wonder how many volumes there are...

Oh yeah! I also got the second DVD of His and Her Circustances. I already have the first one and my sis and I really enjoyed it! It's cute.^^ So I got the second one, but we haven't watched it yet. We will this weekend I'm sure. Cuz we're going out of town and we have a DVD player in the car, so yeah, dvds and manga will get us through the long trip. LOL

Kikyo: Bring the Kenshin DVDs. I don't want to watch His and Her Circumstances, so bring Kenshin.

Integra: Don't bring me at all. The good Lord knows I don't wanna be in the same car for 5 hours with you and your sister.

Since when are you religious? Lol, forget about it, you're coming! ^^ But yeah, I did get my Kenshin DVDs in. They're awesome!! I've been watching them non-stop! I'm on the Kyoto Arc. Yeah, that means the part with Shishio and them. lol I love the first ending song, "Tactics". In the English version, Lex Lang sings it! He's the voice of Sano! He's a pretty good singer. ^^

And now, before I go, it's time to plug my all-time favorite CD and my all-time favorite singer...

Kikyo: Great.

John Mayer and his CD "Heavier Things"! OMG, I got it last weekend and let's just say...I listen to it 24/7. lol Seriously. I wish there were more songs on it! LOL John Mayer is awesome. He writes all his songs, he plays the guitar, and he's a great singer! He's kinda good-looking, too. ^^ Plus, I saw him the other day on a show called Players on TechTv. (which is now G4TechTV, btw) He's a gamer! ^^ And his music is just amazing... It's so deep and meaningful...and sounds great.

Integra: Actually, I have to agree with you on this one. I do like his music; it's nice.

Yay! We finally agree on something! ^^ But anyway, I'm done with that plug...now go buy the CD!! Or buy his first one, "Room for Squares". It's got great songs, too, including "No Such Thing", my new theme song.^^
